Young Kim Leaps to Early Fundraising Lead in Campaign Finance Report –
Raises Nearly Three Times as Much as Closest Competitor
Orange County, CA –In campaign finance reports filed with the Orange County Registrar of Voters today Young Kim has leapt to a massive fundraising advantage over her nearest competitors.
Kim’s fundraising report shows $238,979 raised with $207,070 cash on hand while her nearest opponent Democrat Joe Kerr reported raising $81,174 with $73,000 cash on hand and more than $19,000 in debts. The only other announced candidate, Tim Shaw, announced raising $53,000.
“Today’s report proves Young Kim is the frontrunner in the election for Supervisor,” said Kim Consultant Andre Levesque. “Young Kim has proven she has broad community support with some of the most notable endorsements in the County supporting her campaign.
